2 tbsp. fat

1 large onion, chopped

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 lb. ground pork

Salt and pepper to taste

1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles

1 can cream style corn

1 can condensed tomato soup

1 can tomato sauce

Grated cheese

This will fill 3 qt. greased casserole.

Melt fat in a skillet, add onion and cook until transparent. Add meat and cook, stirring until brown. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender. Drain, rinse and mix with the corn, tomato soup and tomato sauce. Combine with the meat mixture and season with salt and pepper. Turn into a casserole and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
