Dumpling in Coconut Juice

 

4 c coconut juice

3/4 c coconut juice

2 c flour

Grate 4 or 5 coconuts. Strain. Measure and if not enough odd water to make 4-3/4, cups juice. Boil juice (4 cups). Mix 3/4 cup juice with flour to make a soft dough. When juice is at boiling point, drop dough by teaspoon into juice and cook until done. Add sugar to taste.
