Fried Rice #2

 

6 slices bacon, chopped

1/4 cup slivered char siu

2 eggs, beaten

4 cups cooked rice

1/4 cup minced green onions

1-1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Dash of pepper

3 tablespoons chopped Chinese parsley

In a skillet, fry bacon until almost crisp; drain. Add char siu and cook for 1/2 minute. Add eggs; cook for 1 minute. Stir in rice, green onions, oyster sauce, and pepper; mix well. Sprinkle with Chinese parsley. Makes 6 servings.
