Pasta Bake

 

1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage (I like to mix the two)

2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

4 c. spaghetti sauce

1 tsp. Italian seasoning, optional

1/2 lb. pasta, cooked and drained (I like the ones that are shaped like tubes/ends cut at an angle)

1 8-oz pkg. shredded cheese

  • Brown ground beef/sausage; drain off fat.

  • Stir in spaghetti sauce and let simmer for 10-15 minutes.

  • Layer half each of the pasta, sauce and cheese in baking dish; repeat layering.

  • Cover and bake 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
