Tofu Cakes

 

Combine sauce:

1/4 c. oyster sauce

1/4 c. soy sauce

1/2 tsp. sesame oil

1 can tuna, drained

Tomatoes

Sliced green onion

  • Arrange tofu on plate; layer with tuna, tomato, onion.

  • Pour sauce over all.

  • Heat oil until hot; pour over all (sizzles).

  • Serve immediately.

  • Sprinkle toasted sesame seed, if desired.
