Artichoke Frittata
2 jars marinated artichokes
1 bunch green onions
1 c. cheddar cheese (shredded)
6 single saltine crackers
2 drops Tabasco
Dash of Worcestershire
Sprinkle of salt
4 eggs
Drain and chop the marinated artichokes. Chop and saute one bunch of green onions in oil from the artichokes. Add the cheddar cheese (shredded) and break up and add the saltine crackers. Add the rest of the ingredients.
Put in a 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees 20 to 30 minutes. May be served cold in pieces like Quiche Lorraine.
