1/2 cup chopped tart apples

1 tsp. chopped onion

1 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/2 cup hot water

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Fry sausage slightly; do not drain. Add remaining ingredients.
