Mayonnaise Biscuits
2 cups sifted flour
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup milk
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Blend in mayonnaise. Add milk and stir until soft dough forms. Roll out on lightly floured board 1/2 inch thick. Cut with floured biscuit cutter. Bake at 425 degrees F. about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 12 biscuits.

Okay, what a delicious biscuit! The biscuits are savory and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Seriously yum. The biscuits didn’t rise as high as other biscuits I’ve made, but I think it was my technique. I have a new go-to biscuit recipe now!
