Siu Mai #2

3/4 lb. ground pork

1 small bamboo shoots, optional

1 stalk green onion

1 Tbsp. shoyu

1/2 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1 box wun tun pi

1 egg or 1-1/2 tsp. cornstarch

Combine all of the ingredients except the wun tun squares. Place 1 teaspoonful of mixture in the wun tun squares. Place tin foil in the inside of the rice cooker. Place the filled wun tun squares in the rice pot with the open-side facing upward. Place about 1/4 c. water on the bottom of the rice cooker and let it steam for about 20 minutes or until the rice cooker stops and has steamed in the cooker for awhile. (Use the rice cooker that requires water in the bottom of the cooker.)
