2 tsp. instant minced onion

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. crushed dried red pepper or cayenne

1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic

1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Combine all ingredients. Place in sandwich plastic bags and seal. Repeat recipe to make as many packages as desired. Makes 1 package.
