Huli-Huli Chicken Seasoning

2-1/2 oz. paprika

2 tsp. black pepper

1/3 c. table salt

1 tsp. ajinomoto

Mix well and sprinkle liberally on fryer or Cornish hens. Birds must be split open. Broil until nice and brown. Refrigerate leftover seasoning.
