Quick Pizza
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. yeast
2-1/2 c. biscuit mix
1 can tomato soup
Parmesan cheese (about 1/4 c.)
grated cheese (about 1/2 c.)
Seasonings: oregano, basil or Italian seasonings
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add biscuit mix and beat vigorously.
Turn dough onto well floured surface and knead until smooth, about 20 times.
Divide dough into 4 pieces.
Roll each piece paper thin into a circle, about 10” in diameter.
Please on ungreased baking sheets or in shallow pans.
Brush lightly with oil, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with tomato sauce and grated cheese.
Sprinkle with any of the following: oregano, basil or Italian seasonings.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly. Makes 4 (9”) pizzas.
