Wiki Wiki Doughnut

 

1 (7.5 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuit

salt oil

sugar

Deep fat fry the biscuit slice until golden brown. Make a small slit on the side and with a knife slit the inside of the doughnut. With pastry bag fill the inside with black bean paste, vanilla instant pudding or pie filling. Can be served plain or coated with sugar as malasadas.
