Cheese Fondue

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup white wine

1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Dash of white pepper

1 cup mayonnaise

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Mix together milk, wine, worcestershire sauce, mustard, pepper, mayonnaise and cheese in a 2 quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is hot. Pour into a fondue pot or a chafing dish.

To serve, place chunks of French bread on fondue forks, or use wooden picks and dip in Cheese Fondue. Makes about 2 cups.
