Fish Loaf

 

3/4 cup hot milk

2 cup soft bread crumbs

3 eggs, well beaten

2 cups flaked fish

1-1/4 tsp. salt

3 tbsp. chopped celery

2 tbsp. minced onions

1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Pepper

2 tbsp. melted butter

Pour hot milk over bread crumbs and stir until well moistened. Add the remaining ingredients. Press mixture in casserole and set in hot water. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 50-60 minutes. Serve with Mustard Sauce. (see page 58).
