Spinach Vegetable Dip

2 c. sour cream

1 c. mayonnaise

1 box spinach

1/2 c. onion, chopped fine

1 can water chestnuts, chopped

1 pkg. Knorr-Swiss vegetable soup mix

Carrot sticks

Celery sticks

1. Parboil and drain spinach.

2. Dice onion, water chestnuts and spinach.

3. Mix with sour cream, mayonnaise and soup mix.

4. Chill. Serve with vegetables.
