Spring Roll

 

12 Pi (should be covered with wet cloth)

1-1/2 c. shredded bamboo shoots

1/2 c. chives, cut 1”

1/2 c. green onion, cut 1”

1/2 c. mushroom strips (dried ones soaked in water & water squeezed out)

1/2 c. char siu strips

Combine ingredients and place 2 tbsp. of ingredients in the Pi. Fold and deep fry in 375 degrees F.
