Brown Hawaiian Sugar Frosting
What a fun frosting to make and how amazing is this color? At first, it is shiny and the texture is like marshmallow fluff. As it sets, it turns matte and develops a thin shell that holds all of the swirls in place. (Not sure if that’s what’s supposed to happen 😂—but that’s what mine did and I like it!) You’ll need a thermometer that reaches at least 244° F.
