Artichoke Dip

 

1 can (14 oz.) artichokes in brine (not marinated), chopped

1 can (4 oz.) green chiles, diced, undrained

1 cup mayonnaise

1 carton (8 oz.) plain low fat yogurt

6 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until browned. Serve with crackers or chips.
