Coffee Slush Freeze

 

1/4 cup instant coffee

2/3 cup sugar

1 cup hot water

2 cups cold water

4 cups milk

Dissolve instant coffee and sugar in hot water. Add cold water and milk. Pour into individual paper cups, cover with foil. Freeze for 4 hours. Serve as slush or as beverage.

VARIATION: Add 1 Tbsp. cocoa for a mocha flavor.
