Crispy Crab Won Ton

1 7-1/2 oz. can crab meat, flaked

1/4 cup water chestnuts, minced

2 T. green onion, minced

1/4 t. msg.

1 t. sherry (wine)

1 sm. egg, slightly beaten

Dash salt

1 pkg. won ton wrappers

1 qt. oil for frying

Combine filling ingredients. Mix until well blended. Place 1/2 t. filling in center of won ton wrapper. Fold into desired shape, seal edges with water.

Fry until golden brown.

Serve with soy sauce and mustard dip.
