Golden Breadfruit

 

1 ripe breadfruit, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup water

2 cups diced carrots, cooked

2 tbsp. butter

Dash of pepper

Cook breadfruit in water until tender. Do not drain. Combine with carrots and mash together with butter and seasoning.
