Linguiça Puffs
1 cup linguiça (linguica, linguisa), finely chopped
2-1/4 cups biscuit mix
1/2-3/4 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 T. parsley, chopped
Fry linguiça and drain on paper towels. Mix cooled sausage with biscuit mix. parsley and cheese. Add milk slowly, mixing until dough holds together. Form walnut-size balls and place on greased baking pan. like a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 40 puffs.
