Quicky Meatballs and Gravy

1 lb. hamburger

1/2 tsp. salt

Sprinkle of pepper

2 Tbsp. finely chopped round onion

4 drops Worcestershire sauce

1 egg

4 Tbsp. wheat germ

1 can beef or beef and mushroom gravy

Mix hamburger, salt, pepper, hot sauce, chopped onion, egg and wheat germ thoroughly. Form into small balls.

Heat gravy to boiling. Add meat balls, cover and reduce heat to simmer 10 minutes.

Serve with rice and green salad. Serves 6.
