Crisp Cabbage

 

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine

1 head cabbage (2 lbs.) shredded

Salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbsp. lemon or lime

Shred cabbage. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add cabbage, cook about 10 minutes - stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender. Add lemon juice, stir; serve. Serves 6.
