Coconut Kanten

 

2 White Kanten

4 cups water

2 cups sugar

1/2 pint coconut milk (frozen)

Soak Kanten in water for 1/2 hour. Boil until Kanten is dissolved. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes. Pour into mold and cool at room temperature. Cut into desired shapes.
