Won Ton Pi Butterfly

1 lb. won ton pi

1/2 box powdered sugar

Oil for frying

Slice entire won ton pi bundle of squares in half. Slit each piece approximately down the center. Pull one end of pi (wrappers) through slit and pull straight.

Deep fry in hot oil until light brown. Remove to paper towel-lined dish.

With sifter, dust powdered sugar over pieces. Continue until entire bundle is done. Keep in Zip Loc bags or coffee cans. These can be dipped in honey decorated with colored sugar.
