Seven Layer Casserole

 

1 lb. ground beef, browned

2 c. chopped potatoes

1 c. chopped celery

1 c. chopped carrots

1 c. chopped onions

1 c. chopped green peppers

2 c. cooked tomatoes

2 tsp. salt

pepper

Brown meat slightly. Layer with potatoes, celery, carrots, onions and green peppers in a casserole. Top with meat; and pour on tomatoes. Season layers with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 2 hours, covered with foil. Mix casserole before serving.
