Cranberry Bread

 

2 c. flour, sifted

3/4 c. sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 lg. egg

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

1 lg. can whole cranberry sauce

1/2 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)

Grease and flour loaf pan. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl. Drop in egg and sauce, mix thoroughly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours or until done. This can be made in small muffin tins or small loaf pans for Christmas gifts.
