Fish Cake

 

3 c. scraped fish

1 c. cornstarch

3 tsp. salt

3 - 6 Tbsp. sugar

3 tsp. ajinomoto

3 beaten eggs

2 - 3 c. water

Mix dry ingredients with water. Add scraped fish and mix well. Add beaten eggs. Drop by teaspoons and cook in deep fat until golden brown.

Chopped green onions, grated carrots or other chopped vegetable may be added. Chopped char siu may also be added.
