Korean Broiled Meat
Cut 5 lbs. rib eye, sirloin tip, or prime short ribs into pieces.
Marinate meat in following sauce for 1 hour:
1-1/2 cups shoyu
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 heaping tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. sugar
4 stalks of chopped green onions
5 cloves garlic crushed
1 tsp. sesame oil
Broil over charcoal.
