Lumpia Wrappers

 

2 cups flour

2 cups water

Combine flour and water; blend until smooth. Heat a Teflon skillet on low heat. Using a clean 3-inch paint brush, dip brush into batter and brush skillet with very light strokes, repeating until bottom of skillet is covered with a paper thin layer.

As wrapper cooks, it will begin to flake away from the skillet. Lift wrapper gently from skillet and place on a piece of foil; cool slightly. Clean skillet to remove extra flakes of cooked batter.

Makes 24 wrappers.
