Meat Ball Appetizer

1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

1 medium onion chopped

2 lb. ground beef

2 eggs

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. MSG

6 tbsps. grated cheddar cheese

Flour

6 tbsps. vinegar

2 tsp. prepared mustard

2/3 cup brown sugar

6 tbsps. catsup

6 tbsps. butter

Combine spinach, onion, beef, eggs, seasonings and cheese. Blend well, shape into small balls. Roll in flour and brown in oil. Combine remaining ingredients, boil for a few minutes. Pour sauce over meat balls. Serve with food picks.
