Hawaiian Electric continues its long tradition of supporting communities through our new cookbook, Classic Eats and Modern Treats.

This year’s cookbook shares recipes from our employee ‘ohana who adapted dishes for the contemporary kitchen, including an assortment of air fryer recipes. It also pays homage to the home chefs of years past with a selection of recipes featured in vintage Hawaiian Electric publications from the 1930s through the 1960s.
