Butter Mochi #4

 

1/2 c. butter

1 (1 lb.) pkg. Mochiko

2-1/2 c. sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

3 c. milk

5 eggs, beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. flaked coconut

Preheat electric oven to 350 F. Melt butter; cool. Combine Mochiko, sugar, and baking powder. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into Mochiko mixture; mix well. Pour into a 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake for 1 hour; cool. Makes 24 pieces.
