Soba Salad

 

1 pkg. soba noodles (Shirakiku Zaru Soba)

1/2 round onion, thinly sliced

1 tub Ocean Salad

imitation crab

tomato, thinly sliced

horenso or baby spinach

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar

2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1/2 c. oil or less

1 Tbsp. sesame oil

1/3 c. Mitsukan vinegar (or any Japanese vinegar)

dash of shoyu or lemon juice

  • Mix all above ingredients well.

  • Pour over soba salad about 1/2 hour before serving.
