Orange Stuffing

 

3 cups toasted bread cubes

2 cups finely diced celery

1 tbsp. grated orange peel

2/3 cup diced orange sections

3/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning

dash pepper

1 beaten egg

1/4 cup melted butter

Toss together bread, celery, orange peel, diced orange sections and seasonings. Combine egg and butter; add to bread mixture, tossing lightly. Makes enough for a 5 lb. duck.
