CHINESE DOUGHNUTS

3 cups mochi rice flour

1-1/4 cup water

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp. hot liquor (wine or whiskey)

Dissolve sugar in water, then add flour and liquor. Knead well. Break off golf ball size dough and add filling.

 

Filling:

1 cup roasted peanuts (chopped )

Shredded coconuts

Green onions, chinese parsley, little sugar

 

Form round ball. Deep fry. While frying, press dough down frequently until done. Roll in sesame seeds and sugar.
