APRICOT NECTAR CAKE
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. orange or lemon jello
3 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 cup apricot nectar
Mix all ingredients in mixer and beat at moderate speed for four minutes. Grease tube pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Instead of apricot nectar, 1 cup apricot fruit chopped and 1/2 cup syrup from fruit may be used.
Lemon Icing:
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
juice of 1 lemon
Combine and mix well and frost cake.
