Blueberry Topped Cake

 

1 box yellow cake mix

3 eggs

1/3 c. oil

water or 7-Up

Combine cake ingredients as directed on box but reducing liquid by using 1/4 c. less than called for. Pour into 9x13” pan.

Combine separately:

1 lb. can blueberries with juice

1/3 c. honey

1 tbsp. lemon juice

Pour over unbaked batter. Do not mix. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Invert onto a serving platter. Scrape down excess topping.
