Siu Mai #3

 

3/4 lb. ground pork

1 sm. bamboo shoots chopped fine or boiled won bok

1 green onion, chopped fine

1 egg

1 tbsp. shoyu

1/2 tsp. salt

1-1/2 tsp. oyster sauce

1/2 tsp. sugar

1 pkg. wun ton wrappers

Fill the wrappers with the pork mixture. Steam for 20 minutes.
