30 pieces Siu Mai
Combine:
2 lbs. ground pork
1-1/2 c. bamboo shoot
Chinese mushrooms
3 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. aji
Dash white pepper
2 tbsp. salad oil
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. sesame oil (opt.)
2 tbsp. wine (sherry)
6 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. thin soy sauce
Add 1 - 1-1/2 tbsp. filling. Pinch bottom. Place 1/2” apart in steamer. High heat steam for 5-7 minutes.
