Tofu Patties

 

1 tofu, squeezed

4 lg. eggs

1-1/8 tsp. salt

1 tsp. ajinomoto

1/3 c. green onions, sliced fine

2/3 c. coarsely grated carrots

1 can cream of mushroom soup

4 tbsp. flour

1-1/2 c. crushed ruskets or corn flakes

Mix ingredients in a large bowl and drop by teaspoonfuls in hot deep fat. 1” of fat is sufficient.
