Tofu Shrimp Patties

 

2 tofu

2 eggs

1 lb. shrimp

2-1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

1 tsp. ajinomoto

2 tsp. salt

3 tbsp. green onion

5 water chestnuts

Chinese parsley

Wrap the tofu in a piece of material and squeeze the tofu. Put it in a bowl then squeeze the tofu with your hands. Add the rest of the ingredients. Make it into patties and deep fry. (Crab meat can be substituted for shrimp).
