Hamburger Pupu - Korean Style

 

1 lb. ground beef

1 clove garlic, minced

1 1-inch ginger, minced

2 stalks green onion, minced

2 T. sesame oil

1 T. sesame seed, crushed

1 egg

2 T. shoyu

1 T. sugar

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. pepper

1/2 t. aji

Combine ingredients and make small patties.

Dip patties in flour then in egg batter (2 eggs slightly beaten) then fry.

Serve with sauce:

2 T. Ko Choo Jung sauce

4 T. shoyu

3 T. white vinegar

1 T. sugar, heaping

dash salt and pepper

1 t. sesame seed (crushed), heaping
