Maki Surimi

 

1 lb. container Surimi

1 lb. pork hash

1 can water chestnuts, finely diced

1 cup green onions

1 egg

1 pkg. sushi nori, cut in half

Mix above ingredients together and place a strip of mixture along edge of nori as in sushi and roll loosely sealing end with water.

Fry over medium high heat in a dry skillet turning completely making sure pork hash is done, about 20 minutes.

Slice in 4ths and serve.
