Shrimps a Bahiana

 

4 lbs. shrimp

1 Tbsp. oil

1 chopped onion

Parsley

6 small tomatoes

1/2 Tbsp. flour

1/2 Tbsp. butter

2 hot small peppers

Peel and clean the shrimps. Saute onion, tomato, parsley in the fat. Add shrimp and simmer. Melt the butter and flour. Add 1 cup of water and pour this mixture over the shrimp. Boil for a few minutes. Serve with rice.
