Tuna Croquette

 

1 can tuna

1/2 c. celery

2 Tbsp. onion

2 pieces bread

1/3 c. mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

2 Tbsp. chili sauce

2 eggs

Flour

Bread crumbs

Chop celery and onions. Drain oil from tuna and add mayonnaise, 1 egg, and 2 pieces of bread crumbled, lemon juice, and chili sauce. Mix ingredients together and form into balls. Roll the mixture in flour, then in one beaten egg, and roll again in dry bread crumbs. Fry in 1-inch of oil.
