Sweet Sour Spareribs

 

1-1/2 - 2 lbs. spareribs

1/3 cup flour

1/3 cup shoyu sauce

1/3 cup vinegar

1-1/2 cup water

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. fat

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 piece ginger, crushed

Cut spareribs into small pieces. Mix flour and shoyu; soak spareribs in mixture for 30 minutes. Heat garlic and ginger in fact; add ribs and brown. Add vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Simmer for one hour. Serve on pickel - that is why Santa does not appreciate
