Wild and White Rice

 

2 cups Wild and White Rice

3 cups Water or Chicken Broth

1/4 to 1/2 cup Dehydrated Onions

1/4 cup Olives, sliced

1 cup Broccoli, diced

1 cup Mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup Chinese Parsley (optional)

Wash rice. Put in rice cooker with stock and remaining ingredients. Cook as you would regular rice.

If water is used, add 2 cubes of chicken bouillon to water and dissolve.

Wild and White Rice is sold prepackaged under the Hinode brand. Plain white rice may also be used.
